We want you to love your watch. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or a return.
Conditions
To be accepted, the watch must be unworn and undamaged, with the strap intact, in its original packaging and with all accessories included.

The free watch is part of the same promotional order. To receive a full refund of the amount paid, both watches must be returned. If you wish to keep one watch and return the other, contact us first and we will explain the options for your order. Exchanges for another model are available for either watch.
How to request a return or exchange
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the request.
- We reply within 2 business days with the return instructions and address.
- Send the parcel with a tracked service and keep the receipt.
Please do not send items back before contacting us, as parcels returned without a request may not be identified.
Return shipping
For returns by preference (for example, you changed your mind), return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping is on us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the amount.
Manufacturing defects
Manufacturing defects can be reported within 90 days of delivery. Send us your order number with photos or a short video of the issue and we will repair, replace or refund the watch. This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated resistance or unauthorized repairs.
Right of withdrawal
Online purchases can be cancelled within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with applicable consumer protection law.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it follows the return process above.
